San Gabriel Valley Water Company (San Gabriel)

San Gabriel provides water service to designated portions of incorporated cities and unincorporated communities in Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties. Its service territories do not encompass entire cities in every case. San Gabriel operates two water-service divisions: the Los Angeles County Division and the Fontana Division. 

The Los Angeles County Division serves portions of the cities of Arcadia, Baldwin Park, El Monte, Industry, Irwindale, La Puente, Montebello, Monterey Park, Pico Rivera, Rosemead, San Gabriel, Santa Fe Springs, South El Monte, West Covina, and Whittier, as well as portions of the unincorporated communities of Bassett, Hacienda Heights, and Los Nietos.

The Fontana Division serves most of the City of Fontana, portions of the cities of Rialto and Rancho Cucamonga, and portions of unincorporated San Bernardino County.
