Liberty Utilities
Liberty Utilities provides water service in California through two separately incorporated, CPUC-regulated water utilities: Liberty Utilities (Park Water) Corp. and Liberty Utilities (Apple Valley Ranchos Water) Corp. Although the utilities operate separate service territories, the CPUC consolidates their general rate case (GRC) applications into a single proceeding and issues one decision addressing both utilities.
Park Water serves portions of Artesia, Bellflower, Compton, Lynwood, Norwalk, and Santa Fe Springs, as well as unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. Its service territory consists of three noncontiguous water systems in southeastern Los Angeles County.
Apple Valley Ranchos Water serves communities in and around Apple Valley in San Bernardino County, as well as a separate service area in Yermo.
